Custom sugar cookies are made to order using high quality ingredients. Each cookie is a labor of love and carefully prepared to our highest standards in order to highlight your event!

Cookies are sold by the dozen, but we offer the flexibility to choose a design to suit your budget, or you can order a custom themed dozen. Cookies are priced based on size, amount of designs, level of detail, and amount of colors. Metallics, hand painting, and airbrushing may increase the cost. Allergens: gluten, dairy, tree nuts

Our cookies contain pure almond extract. Vanilla flavoring can be substituted for almond upon request, however, they are produced on shared equipment and will not be free of tree nuts.

We offer Gluten Free cookies using King Arthur Flour™ Gluten Free Flour. These cookies are prepared on shared equipment and should not be consumed by anyone with gluten allergies.

PRICING

All cookie pricing includes complimentary individual heat-seal packaging in cellphane bag for optimal freshness.

All offerings can be made with Gluten Free flour for an additional $6/dozen

• Mini Dozen include 3 designs per dozen and start at $38/dozen. These cookies are app. 2”-2.5” and include heat-seal favor wrapping

• Themed Dozen includes 3 designs per dozen and start at $72/dozen. These cookies are app. 3.5”-4” and include heat-seal favor wrapping. Price varies based on designs and number of colors and typically cost $78/dozen for images shown on Social Media.

PACKAGING

Our basic packaging includes cookies individually heat-sealed in a cellophane bag and packaged in a bakery box.

Ribbon Tie Favor Wrapping: $9/dozen

Gift Box Packaging: $6/package includes decorative ribbon + gift tag

POLICIES

Availability:
If SGR is available for the date you are requesting, we will email you confirming availability and hold your spot for 5 days. If we do not hear from you within 5 days your spot will be released.

Order Confirmation:
Once the details are finalized, SGR cookie will email an invoice outlining the order details, costs, and pickup/delivery details, and payment due date (typically within 2 weeks of event date). ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If we have not received payment by the due date your order will be canceled.

Payment Due Date:
All invoices require payment in full 2 weeks from your event.
Any orders placed within 2 weeks from the event will require payment in full within 24 hours of placing the order.
NO ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Cancellations:
14 days+ from pickup/ship date: Refunded order total less 4%
7-14 days from pickup/ship date: Refunded order total less 10%
Within 7 days of pickup/ship date: NO REFUNDS

Reschedule:
You can reschedule your event with 14 days advanced notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
